Starting Monday, March 17th, join us every second Monday for a relaxed and supportive space where carers can connect, share, and take a break.
Afternoon tea provided – Enjoy a cuppa and chat with others who understand the challenges of caring.
Guided Sessions – Mel from Riverside will be leading some engaging and uplifting activities.
Guest Speakers – You decide! Tell us what topics matter to you, and we’ll arrange informative sessions to support your journey.
A place to share experiences, release tension, and make new friends.

       Then KNH Line Dancing is just what you need!
